Nova Poshta is actively expanding and opening new branches in Poland. First, branches appeared in Warsaw, and later in other cities.

In total, the company has already opened 7 branches that allow Ukrainians to send parcels home and receive and receive them from relatives and friends as easily as in Ukraine. As Nova Poshta informs, the branches currently offer services for packing, sending and receiving parcels weighing up to 30 kilograms.

Only the sender can pay for the parcel - by cash, card or contactless payment: ApplePay or GooglePay at the branch.

Also, "Nova poshta" opened the first freight department in Warsaw, which accepts shipments up to 1000 kg.

From the cargo compartment, you can send both large suitcases with personal belongings and large-sized equipment in factory packaging. Delivery can be ordered to any New Post office in Ukraine or to the recipient's address.

The post office is open daily:

• from Monday to Friday: from 08:00 to 20:00;

• on Saturday and Sunday: from 09:00 to 18:00.

Also, the administration of Nova Poshta informs that the employees of the branch in Warsaw are Ukrainians with knowledge of the Polish language.

Tariffs for delivery by Nova Poshta in Poland

Representatives of Nova Poshta announced the prices for the delivery of parcels from Poland to Ukraine:

• parcel up to 2 kg - 250 hryvnias;

• parcel up to 10 kg - 325 hryvnias;

• parcel up to 30 kg - 400 hryvnias.

How to send a parcel from Ukraine to Poland by Nova Poshta?

Step-by-step instructions:

• bring an open parcel to any branch of Nova Poshta;

• specify the country of the recipient - Poland, the method of sending - "parcel from home" and the type of delivery - post office or courier delivery.

• specify information about the recipient: full name, Polish phone number and email address;

• inform the operator about the contents of the parcel for customs control;

• if the parcel is to be delivered to the post office - indicate its number;

• pay for the shipment, not forgetting to pick up the check.

Rules for using the post office

In Poland, as well as in Ukraine, only a small parcel can be sent to the Nova Poshta post office, its weight must not exceed 25 kg, and the maximum permissible size of the shipment must fit within the parameters of 41x38x64 cm.

To find the nearest post office and its address, use the InPost.pl website or search on Google maps. To do this, open the service and enter the phrase "inpost paczkomaty" in the search bar.

As early as April, Nova Poshta plans to open a branch in Germany. The first branch will be in Berlin, followed by Munich, Cologne, Hamburg, and about ten other German cities. 

The company also announced that a branch in Romania is to open in the second quarter of 2023.
