Internally displaced persons who registered in Kyiv after February 24 will be able to receive financial assistance from the Red Cross Society in the amount of 4,500 and 1,500 hryvnias. The funds will be provided in the form of certificates for purchases in the Silpo chain of stores.


The following categories of migrants will be able to receive assistance:


- people with group I disabilities (three certificates of UAH 500 each)

- families raising a child with a disability under 18 y.o. (nine certificates of UAH 500)

- families with three or more children under 16 y.o. (nine certificates of UAH 500)

- families with orphans up to 16 years of age (nine certificates of UAH 500 each)


If the goods in the check will be more than the amount of the certificate, you will have to pay the rest. If less - the remaining cost of the certificate will not be refunded.


Immigrants registered on the right bank of Kyiv can receive certificates every Wednesday and Friday at 51B Volodymyrska st. in Vcentri Hub. Immigrants registered on the left bank will receive assistance every Tuesday at 19 Myropilska street. Working time - from 10:00 to 16:00.


To obtain a certificate you must present:


- passport

- identification code

- certificate of the status of the displaced person

- certificate of appointment of the disability group

- child's birth certificate

- guardianship orders
