The Ministry of Digital Policy of Ukraine is launching a virtual center Diia.Business - a hotline for forced mirgrants from Ukraine to European countries.

Now Ukrainians in the EU will be able to quickly obtain information about:

◾️ temporary protection status and other important aspects of staying in Europe,

◾️ assistance with housing and employment, finding a kindergarten, school, office, etc.

◾️ rules of doing business in 7 EU countries (Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania and Germany) and further relocation to Ukraine.

Requests from other European countries will be prepared individually.

The center will also provide answers to internally displaced persons in Ukraine.

Lines for free consultation:

📞 080 033 31 83 (free of charge in Ukraine)

📞 + 48 22 266 22 75 (international number for calls from the EU, payment according to the operator's tariffs)

The same questions can be answered in the chatbot from Diia.

Earlier, the EU set up a free hotline to advise Ukrainian citizens on the conditions of their stay in Europe.

A separate support line has been set up for IDP material assistance in Ukraine.
