Purchase of real estate using cryptocurrency became available in Ukraine
The DIM group of companies has announced a new opportunity to buy real estate - from now on you can pay for a new apartment in cryptocurrency. DIM became the first developer in Ukraine to introduce this service.
The company notes that such an innovation was inspired by world experience and changes in Ukrainian legislation on virtual assets. Ukrainians remain one of the most active users of cryptocurrency in the world. Many areas of business in the state accept payment for services or goods in the stablecoin. The population already has experience in selling real estate for cryptocurrency, now it is available in the primary market.
The developer informs that the procedure is quite safe and understandable for investors:

• the purchase and sale agreement will be executed in accordance with the current legislation.
At the start, payments will be accepted in four types of stablecoins: USDC, USDT, BUSD, DAI. However, the DIM group plans to significantly expand this list.
