The International Legion for the Territorial Defense of Ukraine was created
President Zelensky announced a new unit formation — "The International Legion for the Territorial Defense of Ukraine". It will be staffed by foreigners who want to take part in showing real facts of Russian aggression.
It relates to all foreign countries' citizens who are being friends of Ukraine. Everyone who wants to join the security defense in Europe and the world can come and stand side by side with Ukrainians against the invaders of the 21st century.
According to the Regulations on Military Service in the Armed Forces by Foreigners and Stateless People, approved by the Ukrainian President of June 10, 2016, № 248, foreigners have the right to join the Armed Forces on a voluntary basis, including in the Territorial Defense Forces of ZSU.
"To all foreigners who want to join the resistance to the Russian occupiers and protect world security, the Ukrainian leadership offers to come to our country and join the ranks of the Territorial Defense Forces," - said in a statement posted on the country head website.
Contact the Defense Attaché of the Embassy of Ukraine in your country to register with the International Legion and for all details (contact information will be available on the Embassy's website).
Curfew in the regions of Ukraine (updated)
The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
Persons can visit hotels and stay there (outside hotel room) only if they wear respirator or face mask (including homemade mask), so that the nose and mouth are covered.
Hotel guests are obliged to keep the 1.5 meters distance.
Online check-in making in advance is recommended to avoid queues at check-in to hotel.
Meals in hotels are provided through meals delivery service to rooms upon prior order or at hotel restaurants situated inside or in open areas, provided the distance of at least 1.5 meters between seats at adjacent tables.
Not more than 4 clients are allowed to stay at the table (excluding children under 14 years old). Unless these tables are separated by a special partition;
Self-serve is not allowed.
