Today, President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the citizens of Ukraine with a daily address. In his speech, the President noted that despite the brutal aggression of the Russian invaders, the Ukrainian people are holding on courageously and invincibly, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already inflicted more than 13,000 losses on the enemy, and our defenders have also destroyed thousands of pieces of military equipment, 74 aircraft and 86 helicopters and this is not all the losses of the occupier. Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on all citizens of Ukraine to continue fighting for the independence of Ukraine with dignity. The President also visited one of the military hospitals, where he expressed deep respect and gratitude to the Ukrainian defenders and wished them a speedy recovery.

Oleksiy Arestovich, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said in his daily briefing that the enemy is concentrating forces to attack our defence, while the Armed Forces of Ukraine are giving a rather harsh response to the attacks of the occupier. On the night of March 12-13, the Ukrainian military destroyed a significant amount of hostile equipment on the outskirts of Kherson. The defence of Kharkiv, Mariupol, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kyiv region is holding actively.

The adviser also noted that in the north and in Kharkiv region the enemy was stopped. At this time they are trying to regroup. Arestovich informed that cruise missile strikes were carried out from the Black Sea in Lviv region last night, information about human casualties is being clarified. In general, according to the adviser, the situation on all front lines remains under control.

Today, once again, Kherson residents took to peaceful protests against the pseudo-referendum. People armed only with Ukrainian flags and patriotic slogans resisted the occupiers, regardless of the fact that terrorists opened fire on the legs of peaceful protesters several times. Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk presented a legal conclusion to the actions of the occupiers in Kherson, he noted that the pseudo-referendum would have nothing to do with the legislation of Ukraine, what is planned to be held by the occupiers in Kherson region is not a referendum due to its legal nature, which means it will not have any legal consequences, except for criminal liability for organizers, accomplices and performers.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine calls on to help Ukraine and stop Russia by closing the sky over Ukraine before it's too late. The key point for this appeal was that the cruise missiles that flew towards Lviv region last night passed just 20 kilometers from the territories of the EU countries, which indicates a direct threat not only to Ukraine -  today the threat of Russian shells is looming over other EU countries. In Mariupol direction alone, over 100 air bombs were dropped by Russians, which took the lives of 2,187 civilians of Mariupol.
