Without vaccines and quarantine: where can a Ukrainian go with or without a test (part 1)
The travel portal VisitUkraine.Today has compiled a list of open popular tourist destinations where Ukrainians can go on vacation in 2022 without a vaccination certificate and quarantine.
P.S. Some of the countries do not even require PCR tests.

TURKEY
Unvaccinated Ukrainians can enter Turkey with a certificate of a negative PCR test (not older than 72 hours) in English with passport details. Instead of PCR, you can do a rapid antigen test (48 hours). Before departure, all tourists need to register online and receive a HES code (checked when boarding a flight, needed to enter the shopping center).
Children: Children under 12 do not need to be tested before departure.
Restrictions within the country for unvaccinated tourists: none. Only when flying on domestic flights within Turkey, a PCR or express test will be required.
EGYPT
You can enter Egypt with a negative PCR test (not older than 72 hours) or a rapid test (24 hours) made before departure. Tourists must have passport data, laboratory stamp, doctor's signature and / or QR code on their tests, without which the results will not be considered valid. A printed document is required. It is possible (but not recommended) to go without a test and instead take a $20 express test right at the airport of arrival.
Children: Children under 12 do not need to be tested before departure.
Restrictions within the country for unvaccinated tourists: none.
GREECE
In Greece today there is a single requirement for all visitors (regardless of the country of arrival and the status of vaccination or recovery) to present a negative result of a PCR test, which was performed within 72 hours before entering the country, or a rapid antigen test (valid for 24 hours) , in English with passport data and a completed PLF form. All unvaccinated travelers are required to undergo an additional rapid COVID-19 test at the airport upon arrival in Greece.
Children: Children under 5 do not need to be tested before departure.
Restrictions within the country for unvaccinated tourists: there are, however, tourists without vaccination can eat in cafes on open verandas, visit shops outside the shopping center, use public transport, etc.
CYPRUS
To enter Cyprus, unvaccinated Ukrainians need a certificate of a PCR test made no earlier than 72 hours before departure or an express antigen test (no earlier than 24 hours), in English with passport data. All tourists before flying to Cyprus (within 48 hours) need to fill out a special Cyprus Filght Pass form. Upon arrival, all passengers, regardless of their vaccination status, submit a laboratory PCR test at their own expense and are required to undergo a rapid antigen test after 72 hours from the time of their arrival.
Children: children under 12 years of age do not need a test before departure and upon arrival.
Restrictions within the country for unvaccinated tourists: there are, however, unvaccinated tourists can eat in cafes on open verandas, visit shops, pharmacies, markets, etc.
DOMINICAN
Entry without tests is allowed for all categories of persons coming from Ukraine. Tourists before arrival (72 hours in advance) must fill out an electronic form and receive a QR code. However, a negative test may be required depending on the country of transit – learn more.
Children: tourists under the age of 7 are exempt from testing.
Restrictions for unvaccinated tourists within the country: practically none, entrance with a PCR test to a number of establishments outside hotels.
CUBA
For the entry of Ukrainians who travel in organized tourist groups through a tour operator or travel agency, neither certificates nor certificates of PCR tests before departure are needed. Before departure, everyone needs to fill out an online form.
Children: tests are not needed, as adults, if the trip is through a tour operator.
Restrictions for unvaccinated tourists within the country: none.
MEXICO
You don't need certificates, tests, or even filling out any online forms to travel. However, you should check the test requirements with the air carrier.

MALDIVES
In the Maldives, having a vaccination certificate is irrelevant. Tourists must present a certificate with a negative PCR test result, made no earlier than 96 hours before arrival. Within 24 hours prior to arrival at Male airport, a health declaration and test result must be uploaded to the website.
Children: The test is not required for children under 1 year of age.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
