About this tour

This is the most colorful tour - after all, we are going to visit the Hutsuls!

Here we are waiting for: acquaintance with the history, customs and culture of one of the most interesting ethnic groups in the world - the Hutsuls, historical and natural monuments of the region - Hutsul temples, waterfalls, mountain landscapes, ethnomuseums, souvenirs and products of folk craftsmen of the Hutsul region, the best dishes of Hutsul cuisine, climbing Mount Hoverla, unforgettable "Hutsul fun" with music, dances, songs and a delicious Hutsul dinner.

Tour date: weekly on Fridays (June-October)


The price does not include: entrance tickets to tourist sites, meals, participation in the Hutsul fun.

Price for entrance tickets:

- Church of St. Spirit in Rohatyn - 50/15 UAH;

- lift by chairlift to Mount Bukovel (in both directions) - 120/85 UAH;

- ecological and educational trail "To Mount Hoverla" - 30/15 UAH.

The cost of food along the route of the Carpathians (approximately): breakfasts - 95 UAH, lunches - 110 UAH, dinners - 100 UAH. Meals in Lviv are on your own, at your own choice and taste.

To fully understand the Hutsuls, their character, customs, cuisine, we invite you to visit the Hutsul fun. During the fun you are waiting for:

- Singing and dancing from the Hutsul chapel "Dovbushova taystra";

- Master classes of Hutsul dances: Hutsulka, sieve, dove;

- Hutsul songs, ditties, songs about the Carpathians;

- Dishes of the Hutsul cuisine;

- Initiation into the Hutsuls;

- And dancing, dancing, dancing to the fiery Hutsul music.

The cost of a Hutsul dinner and participation in the fun is 200 UAH.

The cost of participation in the fun without dinner is 120 UAH.

Note: Hutsul fun happens if there is a group of 35 people who want to take part in it.

Day 1

Arrival in Lviv. Check-in at the hotel (check-out time - 14.00, if there is a free room - check-in immediately, if not - things at the administrator on duty until 14.00). Day 2

Rogatyn - Yaremche - Verkhovyna. 8.00 - boarding the tourist bus, departure to the Carpathians. Rogatyn is the birthplace of Nastya Lisovskaya, known as Roksolana, the wife of Suleiman II Pishny. This is a magical Galician town with magnificent monuments of sacred art. The Wooden Church of the Holy Spirit (1598) is one of the most exemplary Galician folk wooden architecture, is one of the most valuable sacral buildings in the world and is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Now it houses an exposition of the local history museum, the pearl of which is a five-tiered Renaissance iconostasis (1650), unique in beauty and the only one in Galicia in this style. Yaremche - Probiy waterfall, Hutsulshchyna restaurant, market of Hutsul souvenirs. Bukovel is the number 1 ski resort in Ukraine, where you can lift the chairlift to the top of Mount Bukovel (1115 m), which offers a magnificent panorama of Gorgan and the Montenegrin ridge. Ascent by chairlift to the top of Mount Bukovel and an overview of the Carpathian panorama, free time. Accommodation in a hotel in Polyanytsya village. Day 3

Climbing Hoverla. 8.00 – Departure to the Zaroslyak camp site, from where the ascent to Hoverla begins - the highest peak of Ukraine with a height of 2061 m. Technical information: 1. The length of the route to the top of Mount Hoverla and back 6 - 6.5 km, elevation difference 800 meters; 2. Climbing the mountain lasts about 4 - 5 hours, descending about 3 - 4 hours; 3. The route is designed for the average group of physically healthy people; 4. Participation in the tour does not require prior training or experience; 5. During the ascent and descent, it is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol. What to take with you for climbing Hoverla: 1. Your identity document (passport); 2. Comfortable waterproof shoes (preferably mountain trekking boots with high lacing and vibro-type protector); 3. a windproof jacket with a hood, preferably waterproof, windproof pants, such that they do not impede movement, a warm sweater or a Polar jacket, a headdress (hat, bandana), a raincoat; 4. Spare set of clothes (can be left on the bus); 5. Backpack; 6. Water (1-1.5 liters per person); 7. food for snacks during the ascent (sandwiches, chocolate, thermos with hot tea or coffee) 8. necessary medicines (individual first aid kit) that you use, adhesive plaster.
