The cozy neighborhood, which is hidden at the top of the Pechersk Hill, surrounded by deep ravines and parks, has a telling name: Lipki. There was a beautiful grove here, among which the wealthiest representatives of Kyiv began to settle two hundred years ago. No wonder this area was also called Dvirtseva. And today you can find a large number of old houses here that look like real palazzos!

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
