Literary and Memorial Museum of M.M. Kotsyubinsky (family estate)

The family manor was established in the 20s of the last century by the grandfather of the writer, Maksym Abaz. On the then deserted outskirts of Vinnytsia, which is still called "Zamostya", he bought a plot of land and built a farm, calling it Abazivka. On the southern side, Abazivka was adjacent to a large square where the fair was held. Along the eastern border of the manor ran the Lypovetsky road (now Mykhailo Kotsyubynskyi avenue), and to the north and west lay meadows and melons.
