E-driver's license in Diia: electronic versions of documents are increasingly replacing plastic ones
In Ukraine, from December 14, it will be possible to register a car or issue a driver's license without using plastic forms. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
According to the changes, in the near future it will not be mandatory to receive plastic forms of documents on the right to drive vehicles and on vehicle registration. That is, there will be a choice between receiving services:
• exclusively online, with registration of only the electronic version of documents that give the right to drive vehicles;
• or with the registration of traditional plastic forms of driver's license and vehicle registration certificate, for example, at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is emphasized that in just a few clicks it will be possible to issue a driver's license exchange, carry out registration actions with vehicles in cases where an inspection by experts of the MIA expert service is not mandatory.
How will the changes work?
Electronic versions of documents, i.e., E-driver's license and E-certificate of vehicle registration, may become the only documents available to a person that give the right to drive vehicles. If before, when registering a car or obtaining a driver's license, it was mandatory to fill out the forms of these documents, then from the middle of December it will be possible to completely abandon the forms.
"A driver's license or vehicle registration certificate in the Driver's Electronic Cabinet or in the Diia application does not simply become equivalent to physical documents, but can completely replace them", - explained the head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Mykola Rudyk.
Digitization of services provides that in a few clicks it will be possible to issue a driver's license exchange, carry out registration actions with vehicles in those cases where an inspection by specialists of the MIA expert service is not mandatory. Citizens will be able to save money by not paying for blank products.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
Persons can visit hotels and stay there (outside hotel room) only if they wear respirator or face mask (including homemade mask), so that the nose and mouth are covered.
Hotel guests are obliged to keep the 1.5 meters distance.

Meals in hotels are provided through meals delivery service to rooms upon prior order or at hotel restaurants situated inside or in open areas, provided the distance of at least 1.5 meters between seats at adjacent tables.
