The new Meer&Greet service at the Kyiv railway station is an ideal solution for those who value comfort and their time.
What the passenger gets with our service on despatch:
Free parking near the unloading/loading lounge
Lounge visit - 1 hour complimentary including tea/coffee of choice
A personal manager who will guide the passenger to the train through a separate exit without queuing.

What the passenger gets with our service on arrival:
A personal manager who will meet the passenger at the train carriage with a tablet displaying the passenger's name and surname and will guide the passenger out of the train through a separate exit without queuing.

The service is free of charge for children under 7 years of age.
Booking Service:
Book the service. To do this, the following data must be entered:
- passenger's first and last name, contact details;
- date of journey;
- passenger's arrival time at the railway station;
- train and carriage number;
- note whether assistance with luggage is required
- car numbers - if a parking space for unloading/loading is needed.Get a link to pay for the service
After paying for the service, you will receive a QR code to the Telegram/Whatsapp/SMS
indicated on the site when making the booking, which you must provide to your personal manager to receive the service.
Return of Service:
100% (one hundred percent) of the price of the paid services in case of cancellation 24 hours or more before the time of services specified in the order;
50% (fifty percent) of the price of the paid services in case of cancellation of the order less than 24 hours and more than 50 minutes before the time of service provision specified in the order.
Note. During an air alert, the lounge is not operational and passengers are escorted to a shelter or subway to/from the train. All other services are provided in full. The price is per passenger. The maximum number of passengers allowed for this package is 4.
