Ukrainian passport service has been launched in Madrid: where to get a passport
Ukrainians currently residing in Spain will now be able to apply for passport documents at the Document State Enterprise in Madrid. Find out more about the opening hours and location of the new office
The State Migration Service and the State Enterprise "Document" continue to expand the geography of services provided by the SE "Document".
In particular, a separate unit has been set up in Madrid to help Ukrainian citizens obtain the necessary documents.

Where is the Passport Service in Madrid located?
Five mobile software and hardware complexes - specially equipped white minibuses with the symbols of the State Enterprise "Document" - are located at the following address: C. del Alto del Retiro, 28031 Madrid.
Working hours: Monday - Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
What services are available at the Passport Service Unit and how to make an appointment?
Citizens of Ukraine can receive the following services in Madrid:
- issuance of an ID card or passport (including replacement of a lost or stolen one);
- exchange of an ID-card or passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability for use);
- exchange of a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (upon request or in case of unsuitability);
- simultaneous issuance of a passport and an ID-card.
Please note! The service of driver's license exchange will be introduced later and will be announced additionally.
The service in the Spanish capital will operate on a live queue basis for the period of system testing.
The launch of the electronic queue will be announced additionally on the website of the State Enterprise "Document".
It is emphasized that the units do not provide services to citizens who have received permission to leave for permanent residence.
