To issue a Ukrainian passport in Turkey: work schedule and services of SE Document
From now on, Ukrainians staying in Turkey will be able to issue passport documents on the territory of the country at the SE "Document". Find out more about the opening hours and the location of the new point
The State Migration Service of Ukraine, together with the State Migration Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, opened a new branch of the State Enterprise "Document" abroad. From now on, Ukrainians will be able to issue passport documents in Turkey. We will tell you about the work schedule and the location of the new point.

Where is SE "Document" located in Turkey?
For the convenience of Ukrainian citizens, applications for document processing in Istanbul have been accepted since February 14.
In the Turkish city, two mobile complexes - specially equipped white minibuses with the "Passport service" symbol - have started their work.
How to sign up for the processing of passport documents and what services are available in the new division of SE "Doсument"?
Currently, you can sign up for an electronic queue, choose a convenient day and time and come in person to submit documents.
In particular, the service offers such services as:
• issuing an ID card or foreign passport (including replacing a lost or stolen one);
• exchange of an ID card or foreign passport (in connection with expiration, change of information, unfitness for use);
• exchange of a 1994 model passport for an ID card (upon request or in case of unsuitability);
• simultaneous issuance of a foreign passport and an ID card.
Work schedule and location of SE "Doсument" in Istanbul
Visitor service is provided in mobile Passport Service complexes from Monday to Saturday, inclusive, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Payment for services is made on the spot using the online service (cash payment is currently not available). To do this, you need to have a smartphone and a bank card or its details.
