What if I don't have an electronic signature?

To obtain an electronic signature, contact any accredited key certification authority by providing a completed registration form, your passport details and the taxpayer's number. The cost of the service is about 200 hryvnias, but may differ in different key certification centers. The full list of such centers is at the link. Users of Privatbank can get an electronic signature free of charge in the personal online account of Privat24 or in the bank branch.

☎️ The status of the application can be checked in the citizen's office. The result of the application will be displayed in your office, sent by e-mail and sent to the phone in the form of SMS. Unemployment benefits are accrued after the decision to grant unemployment status to the specified social account with a certain frequency and taking into account the services provided by the employment service during this period.

👨‍💼 After obtaining the unemployed status, you will be contacted by a career counselor at the employment center to find a job for you.

💸 The amount of unemployment benefits, their duration and conditions are calculated taking into account the person's length of service, grounds for dismissal and the amount of salary he/she received. The maximum amount of unemployment benefits from January 1, 2022 is 9924 UAH, the minimum amount of unemployment benefits is from 650 to 1 thousand UAH.
