Where to find such establishments, read below.
Where to find a place to work during a blackout?
"Points of Invincibility"
"Points of invincibility" are places organized by the regional authorities and the State Emergency Service, which have a generator (recharging gadgets), heat, internet, tea/coffee, and a first-aid kit.
To find such points, the government has created an online map that will help you find not only points with generators, but also shops, pharmacies, gas stations and bank branches that will be open in the event of a power outage.
You can get acquainted with the map here.
Search engine for places to work with light from the "Svitlospit" project
This project was created to support businesses that rely on remote workers. The website publishes information from eight cities of Ukraine. Using the search engine, you can find facilities (coworking spaces) where you can spend a working day or hold a business conference for a specific fee.
Prices in such establishments vary depending on the city and location. For example, there are more than 10 such coworking spaces in the center of Kyiv. The price range is from UAH 200 ($5.44) to UAH 1500 ($40.80) for the whole day.
These facilities have a generator, WI-FI, and some have an air raid shelter.
You can use the search engine at the link.

Map of establishments with light from the "LUN City" project
The urban research project "LUN city" has developed an online map that will help you see how gas stations, shops, pharmacies, post offices, cafes, restaurants, co-working spaces, as well as beauty salons work when the lights and air alarms are turned off.
Businesses with generators and other alternative power sources that continue to operate during the blackout are marked on this map.
It is worth noting that the "LUN city" map is constantly updated and is available both on the website and in the application (Google Play and AppStore).
