Portugal

The country is a great destination for fall travel. Lisbon, Porto and Faro are just a few of the many charming cities that offer a rich cultural heritage and exquisite cuisine. 

The small southern region of the Algarve is particularly well known for its unique nature and climate. It has a special atmosphere that is a fascinating blend of European and North African cultural influences, where luxury hotels and fishing lodges sit side by side.

In the fall, Portugal's regions enjoy moderate weather that will allow you to enjoy long walks along the narrow streets and Atlantic coastline.

In September, Portuguese beaches still welcome tourists from all corners of the world. In this first month of fall, the daytime temperature is maintained at +24°C...+27°C, and at night - within +16°C...+23°C. The water near the coast remains pleasantly warm for swimming, with temperatures around +24°C.

Albania

A real pearl on the Adriatic coast. This country is attractive with its incredible nature, clean beaches and mountains surrounding picturesque cities. 

In the fall Albania becomes especially attractive, thanks to the mild climate and the reduction of tourist crowds. During this period of the year, visit Tirana with its cultural attractions, or head to the resort town of Saranda to enjoy quiet days on the beach.

In September, you can already feel the light touch of fall, but temperatures are still summer-like (from +20°C at night to +29°C during the day). The sea temperature at the coastal resorts in early fall remains stable at +23°C...+25°C, which is considered ideal for water activities. Even in October you can take a dip without fear, as the water temperature does not drop below +20°C.

Croatia

This is a country with a rich cultural history and beautiful Adriatic coastline. In autumn, ancient cities such as Dubrovnik and Split come alive and you can enjoy beautiful views, stroll along the streets and dine in cozy restaurants.

As far as beach activities are concerned, although the autumn chill is already slowly coming to Croatia in September (temperatures in the cities range from +20°C to +25°C during the day, +14°C...+22°C at night), the water temperature in the sea in September remains quite attractive. 22°C...+25°C. 

However, already in October, fall slowly comes to Croatia. The country gets a few degrees colder and the sea becomes more suitable for contemplation than for swimming (the temperature drops to +18°C...+20°C). 

Bulgaria

Bulgaria is often underrated by tourists, and this is a mistake. It has a pleasant climate in the fall and you can enjoy the beaches on the Black Sea coast, such as Golden Sands and Sunny Beach, without the crowds of summer season tourists. 

Bulgaria is also known for its historic cities such as Plovdiv and Sofia, where you can immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage and enjoy delicious local cuisine.

In September on the Black Sea coast within Bulgaria, the average monthly temperature ranges from +21°C to +25°C, and the water temperature in the sea rises to a comfortable +23°C. The resort season lasts here until mid-October. By this time, the daytime temperature is still at +25°C, but the water already feels cool - about +20°C.

Spain

Spain is a country that always welcomes tourists. In the fall you can enjoy picturesque cities such as Barcelona and Seville, where the heat gives way to a pleasant coolness. 

It's also worth spending time on the Costa del Sol, trying traditional tapas and enjoying Spanish art and culture.

In general, Spain is considered one of the hottest countries in Europe. On the territory of this state, warmth reigns for the first two months of fall. For example, in early September in the south and in the center of the air temperature is +25 ° C ... +28 ° C, and on the east coast it reaches +24 ° C ... +26 ° C. In the north it is a couple of degrees colder. The sea remains warm (+22°C...+25°C).

October will greet you with warm weather - at +22 degrees Celsius. In the Canaries, the temperature can reach up to +27 degrees Celsius.
