Ukrainians in Ireland can exchange driving licence on a simplified procedure
The Embassy of Ukraine in Ireland reports that the Irish government has decided to grant the right to Ukrainians under temporary protection in the country to exchange their national driver's license for the Irish counterpart under a simplified procedure. You will not have to retake the theoretical and practical exams.
To exchange a Ukrainian driver's license for an Irish one, you need to fill in an application for a driver's license at the office of the National Driver's Office (NDLS). To do this, you need to make an appointment at the NDLS center by following the link https://www.ndls.ie/booking-service.html

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
