The new government decree not only simplifies the conditions for investors, but also introduces a number of key changes aimed at stimulating investment activity in the country. The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a new resolution to improve the mechanism of state support for large investment projects. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, the Government Portal reports.
The update includes a revision of the feasibility study of investment projects and the adoption of a new approach to this process.

What changes are expected?
The Prime Minister emphasized that a number of provisions, including the requirements for economic analysis and social assessment of projects, will be simplified and corrected, and the requirements for the financial solvency of applicants will be relaxed.
Shmyhal also noted that companies willing to invest more than €12 million and create new jobs will receive maximum support and special conditions, including tax breaks, regulatory relief and support at the project implementation level.
"This includes tax benefits, regulatory relief, and support at the project implementation level," the Prime Minister emphasized.
