HELP

From May 31, Ukrainians living in hotels in Bulgaria for free will be forced to leave them due to the end of the state humanitarian program.

Those who have not found a job and cannot pay for housing will be housed in municipal or state dormitories - 15,000 beds will be provided. Many citizens will have to look for housing on their own.

201,904 Ukrainian citizens have arrived in Bulgaria since the beginning of the full-scale war. Today, 93,498 refugees remain in the country, including 35,000 children, and 51,291 are state-dependent. 84,300 citizens of Ukraine have the status of temporary protection.

Let us remind that Ukrainians in Bulgaria, incl. those living in hotels are entitled to receive a one-time social assistance of 375 levs (about 6 thousand hryvnias). Learn more about financial aid and how to get it here.
