Two new checkpoints will be opened on the Ukrainian-Romanian border

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted an order "On the opening of checkpoints across the state border" Dyakivtsi "and" Krasnoilsk ". Given the congestion of traffic and the large number of people moving across the border, the opening of new checkpoints on the border with Romania in Chernivtsi region is an urgent need.
After the State Customs Service and the State Border Guard Service ensure the work of the relevant units, the newly created checkpoints will operate as follows:
- Checkpoint "Dyakivtsi" - for pedestrian and vehicle connection (including buses), except freight, with a permanent mode of operation and round-the-clock operation;
- Checkpoint "Krasnoilsk" - for pedestrian and vehicle connection (up to 3.5 tons), except freight, with a constant mode of operation and operating time from 8 to 20 hours.
The opening of new checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Romanian state border will create favorable conditions for reducing the load on existing checkpoints in Chernivtsi and Zakarpattia regions under martial law.
