Rules of entry for citizens of Thailand to Ukraine in 2024

To enter Ukraine, citizens of Thailand need to issue a short-term visa (type C). This visa is issued to foreigners whose stay in the country does not exceed 90 days within a 180-day period. It can be designed for single, double or multiple entry. Visa type C is most often issued for the purpose of tourism, for business trips or private visits.

Where to issue visa?

To apply for a visa, it is necessary to apply to the foreign diplomatic institution of Ukraine in the country of residence with a complete package of documents no earlier than 3 months before the start of the planned trip.

Documents required to obtain a visa to Ukraine

1. Passport valid for at least 3 months after the planned trip to Ukraine.

2. Visa application form.

3. Medical insurance with coverage in the amount of at least 30,000 euros valid on the territory of Ukraine.

4. Information on the availability of a sufficient amount of funds for a stay in Ukraine (bank account statements, salary certificate, ATM receipts, etc.).

5. One photo 35x45 mm.

6. A document confirming the payment of the visa fee.

7. A document confirming the purpose of the trip to Ukraine.

How to confirm the purpose of entering Ukraine?

To justify the purpose of entry, use one of the following documents:

- a notarized invitation from citizens of Ukraine - relatives, acquaintances, friends, etc.;

hotel reservations, apartment rental contracts;

tourist vouchers;

- invitations/tickets to seminars, exhibitions, fairs;

- documents on treatment in medical facilities;

- written confirmation of a meeting, conference, etc.;
