In Kyiv centers for administrative services, IDPs are given coupons for food packages

Internally displaced persons can get vouchers in the capital's centers for administrative services. They can then be exchanged for food kits at the Kyiv Humanitarian Headquarters.
The procedure for obtaining food stamps is simple. To do this, you need to take your passport, taxpayer identification number, and IDP certificate and come with these documents to one of the local centers for administrative services. At the reception, you need to register in the electronic queue and get coupons for products corresponding to your number.
You can also make an appointment at a center for administrative services through the "Digital Kyiv" app or "Administrative Services Portal". Then there is no need to stand in line, you just need to arrive at the specified time and get your ticket.
Coupons have already been received by 7,480 people, and they can be exchanged for products within 45 days at any of the 33 points of issue. The list of all addresses is indicated on the back of the coupon itself.
The humanitarian headquarters of Kyiv prepared 100,000 food kits for the displaced people, about 2,420 of them have already been distributed to people. In case of an increase in the number of registered IDPs in the capital, the city is ready to prepare additional sets.
"One of the tasks of the city is to support Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes due to hostilities. For this purpose, almost 1,500 tons of products have been allocated from the reserves of the Humanitarian Headquarters of Kyiv to provide to the displaced people," said First Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Mykola Povoroznyk.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
