Who can apply for a national visa directly in Poland?

Citizens of Ukraine can submit applications to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the issuance of a visa for the purpose of working as a driver in international transportation of goods or people, or for work in non-commercial international road transportation. You can learn more about this in our material.

The condition is a legal stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland on the day of submission of this application.
