Insurance

All vehicles are insured in terms of the obliged civic liability and CASCO. Standard insurance does not cover the renter's liability in case of traffic accident or vehicle theft. It is recommended to use the full insurance service in order to decrease the liability up to 0

Deposit

Deposit amount depends on the class of vehicle. Deposit is given while car rental contract signing and given back to the Renter while vehicle drop-off in case all contract point are fulfilled. You can reduce deposit price twice or rent a car without it by using the full insurance service.

Reservation payment

This amount will be deducted from the total rental amount upon receipt of the car. Please note that if the booking is canceled, the prepayment of USD 15 is not refundable! The term for a refund of USD 15 advance payment when canceling a reservation due to the lack of a suitable car depends on several reasons, including those beyond the company's control (bank, payment system) and can take 14 to 30 working days.

Rates

VAT, maintenance and seasonal tires change are included into the rate. Rental begins from the moment when contract signed. Delay of return for 2 hours or more considers as the next rental day.

What are standard terms and conditions and comprehensive coverage and how it affects the deposit amount

You may face unexpected costs while travelling, as some types of repairs and certain costs for accidents and damage are not covered by standard insurance.

Full cover packages - Full Cover 50 and Full Cover 100 include these costs, just in case something goes wrong.

Deposit - Full deposit

Penalty payment in the event of an accident - Up to the amount of the deposit. 

Penalty payment in case of theft or total destruction of the car - 10% of the value of the car.

FULL COVERAGE - 50

Deposit - Reduction of deposit by 50% 

Penalty payment in case of road traffic accident - 50% less than the standard one

Penalty payment in case of theft or total destruction of the car - 50% less than the standard one

FULL COVERAGE - 100

Deposit - 200/300 USD depending on class 

Penalty payment in case of road accident - No penalty payment

Penalty payment in case of theft or total destruction of the car - No penalty payments.

In order to use the Full Coverage service, you must be at least 25 years old and have at least 3 years of driving experience.

Under standard lease conditions, your minimum age can be 21 years and driving experience of at least 2 years.

Insurance validity condition - Obligatory compliance with the terms and conditions of the rental contract.

Cost of the service - Please check with the rental manager after making a reservation on our website.

Registration of full coverage will not take you any additional time.
