Entry is permitted subject to one of the following conditions:
- provision at the point of crossing the state border of Armenia with a certificate confirming the negative result of the PCR test, obtained no later than 72 hours before crossing the border. The certificate must be in Armenian, Russian or English on the official letterhead of the organization that conducted the research, and include: all contact details of the relevant organization, full name of the director of the institution, full name and date of birth of the investigated person, number of his passport document, research result, signature head and print. The test is not needed for children under 7;
- the presence of a certificate of complete vaccination (it exempts from the need to undergo testing). The second dose must be administered at least 14 days before entering the country, that is, the vaccination is valid on the 15th day after vaccination. All vaccines used in Ukraine are recognized. Only a paper certificate with a QR code from the Diia portal is allowed;
- undergoing PCR testing at "sampling points" at an airport or land border crossing point.
The person is subject to mandatory self-isolation until a negative PCR test result is obtained.
