From September 01 to November 30, 2021, entry into Bulgaria will be carried out according to the assessment of the spread of COVID-19 in the respective countries according to the criteria and the location of countries in the colored zones (green, orange and red).
The list of countries by color zones will be determined based on information from POPs and will be revised at least once a week.

Allowed for persons transiting through the territory of Bulgaria and who can guarantee immediate departure. This does not require the provision of vaccination documents, negative PCR test or positive antibody test.
By the decision of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bulgaria, the anti-epidemic measures in the country were extended until November 30, 2021.
The events provide for the mandatory wearing of protective masks in enclosed spaces, as well as in open public places (public transport, shops, pharmacies, museums, etc.), where there is a crowd of people and it is impossible to maintain a distance of 1.5 m between them.
From October 24, visiting public places in Bulgaria will be possible only upon presentation of a "green certificate" indicating that a person has been vaccinated against coronavirus, has had it or has a negative PCR test for COVID-19 not older than 72 hours or an express test for antigens not older than 48 hours. Antique evidence is not required for persons under 18 years of age.
The “green certificate” must be in Bulgarian or English and contain basic information: name, date of birth, date of issue, information about the vaccine / test / disease transferred, and a unique identifier.
According to the decree of the Bulgarian Ministry of Health, the "green certificate" will be required, among other things, for foreign tourists to enter hotels, SPA complexes and salons, restaurants, nightclubs, cinemas, theaters, museums, gyms, swimming pools, shopping centers, shops with an area of more than 300 sq. .m., for visiting excursions.
There will be no need to show certificates, references or tests when visiting grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, government agencies and using public transport.
