Since October 10, 2021, Ukraine has been included in the list of countries in the so-called "orange" zone. In this regard, the entry of citizens of Ukraine into France takes place in accordance with the immigration rules of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of France on the following conditions:
- There are no restrictions on entry if a citizen of Ukraine is fully vaccinated with one of the vaccines recognized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and approved for use in France. These include Pfizer / Comirnaty, Moderna, AstraZeneca / Vaxzevria / Covishield and Jansen / Johnson & Johnson vaccines. In this case, the vaccination is considered complete if 28 days have passed since the moment of vaccination with the Janssen vaccine and 7 days since the second dose in the case of vaccination with other vaccines - Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeeca / Vaxzevria / Covishield. For border control, only a document confirming vaccination is required and an application for the absence of symptoms of Covid-19 and / or the absence of contact with persons with Covid-19 must be completed.
Together with a fully vaccinated adult, a minor child under 18 years of age can freely enter. However, unvaccinated children over 12 years of age must present a negative test result as described below.
! France accepts vaccination certificates in the Diia app or printed from the Diia portal, as well as paper international vaccination certificates.
- If a citizen of Ukraine has not been vaccinated, he can enter France only when urgently needed. Urgent reason for traveling to France must be confirmed prior to departure. In the event of a false statement or false reason, boarding will be denied.
If a passenger is not vaccinated, but has the right to enter France, he must present a negative PCR test done no earlier than 72 hours before entry, or an antigen test that is done no earlier than 48 hours before entry. You must complete, print and provide before boarding a certificate proving the purpose of your trip - https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/content/download/128966/1028373/version/1/file/06-08-2021-attestation-entree-depuis-un-pays-de-la-zone-orange-version-anglaise.docx

You will need to provide:
- a sworn statement that indicates the absence of symptoms of COVID-19 and any contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19;
- Oath to pass an antigen test or biological examination upon arrival in France;
- An oath to self-isolate for 7 days and another oath to conduct a PCR test at the end of the isolation period.
The specified entry conditions apply to both adults and children (over 12 years old).
For visa-free entry to France, you need a valid biometric passport and get a health insurance policy for the entire period of stay in the EU
