From November 15, India will allow Ukrainian citizens to enter for tourist purposes exclusively by air and sea if they have a tourist visa / tourist e-visa issued not earlier than October 6, 2021. All tourist visas / tourist e-visas that were issued before the above date are considered invalid.
All passengers arriving on international flights, 72 hours before departure, must fill out a form on the website https://www.newdelhiairport.in/covid19 and present a negative PCR test, which is done a maximum of 72 hours before boarding.
Since October 20, 2021, India has classified Ukraine as a Category A country with which the Government of India has an agreement on mutual recognition of a vaccination certificate for persons fully vaccinated with a nationally recognized or WHO-recognized COVID-19 vaccine.
All passengers arriving in India from Europe and the Middle East are subject to mandatory testing at the airport of arrival.
All passengers arriving in India from South Africa, Bangladesh, Botswana, China, Mauritius, New Zealand and Zimbabwe are subject to arrival testing and quarantine for 14 days, regardless of a negative PCR test result or no COVID symptomatology. At the end of the quarantine period, another test will be carried out.
Face masks are needed in public areas, in enclosed spaces and on public transport.
