The entry regime for Ukrainian citizens remains unchanged - on the basis of an Irish visa.
For entry to Ireland, you need a valid passport, visa and get a health insurance policy for the entire period of stay in the country.
On July 10, 2020, Ireland temporarily suspended the program of short-term entry into the country with a multiple British visa, including for citizens of Ukraine.
If you are arriving in Ireland and have a COVID certificate of complete vaccination (Pfizer-BioNtech, Moderna, AstraZeneca / Vaxzevria® or Covishield, Johnson & Johnson / Janssen) or a document that confirms the fact that you have been cured of COVID-19 (hereinafter recovery) within the last 180 days, you do not need to do a PCR test before leaving and quarantine after arriving in Ireland. Ireland recognizes all types of digital and paper certificates issued by Ukraine.
In the absence of a COVID complete vaccination certificate or a document confirming recovery from COVID-19, you must:
- provide the result of a negative PCR test done within 72 hours prior to arrival and;
- go through a 14-day self-isolation, you can also get a negative PCR test by doing it no earlier than the 5th day after arriving in Ireland and complete self-isolation.
In cases where travelers are unable to present a negative PCR test result due to a persistent positive result after recovery, then a positive PCR test result will be acceptable if it was done at least 11 days and no more than 180 days before arrival. to Ireland.
Attention! Antigen tests are not accepted.

Quarantine offenders under the Irish Health Protection Act since 1947 can be sanctioned with fines of up to € 2,500 and / or six months in prison.
