Important! Obtaining permission to enter Israel, even with a vaccination certificate and PCR tests, does not exempt you from the requirement of self-isolation.
To obtain permission to enter the country, you also need a medical insurance policy that covers costs in the event of COVID-19 disease.
If you have received an entry permit, you must present a negative PCR test taken 72 hours prior to arrival in Israel before departure. After receiving permission to enter Israel, passengers must, no more than 24 hours before the flight, complete the declaration of the person entering Israel using the link https://corona.health.gov.il/en/flights/. In the declaration, the passenger provides his personal data, medical information, as well as detailed information about the place of self-isolation in Israel.
If, after submitting the declaration, it is necessary to update the data, this can be done through the Health Center at 5400 *.
! Medical declaration, permission to enter the country, test results for COVID-19 and other documents must be printed and carried with you for presentation to the competent authorities of Israel. Persons with COVID-19 will not be able to board the plane.
All unvaccinated persons entering Israel must go through self-isolation.
Individuals who have been vaccinated or contracted COVID-19 abroad (i.e. not in Israel) must also self-isolate.
The duration of self-isolation is 14 days.
Self-isolation can be reduced to 7 days (provided that the passenger received the first negative PCR test upon entering Israel, as well as the second negative PCR test on the seventh day of self-isolation).

Self-isolation procedure for persons who have been vaccinated or have had COVID-19 in Israel
Who is considered vaccinated:
- The person who received the 3rd dose of the vaccine. The vaccination certificate is considered valid on the seventh day after vaccination (the day of vaccination is not taken into account).
- A person who received 2 doses of the vaccine, while the 2 dose was received within the last 6 months or on the seventh day after the 2nd dose (the day of vaccination is not counted).
- A person who has a positive serological test carried out in Israel and has received 1 dose of vaccine within the last 6 months or on the seventh day after vaccination with the 1st dose (the day of vaccination is not counted).
Those who have certificates of recovery from COVID-19 issued by the Israeli Ministry of Health are considered to have recovered under the following conditions:
- No more than 6 months have passed since the receipt of the recovery certificate, issued on the basis of a positive PCR test conducted in Israel;
- If such a person has received 1 dose of vaccine. The vaccination certificate is considered valid on the seventh day after vaccination (the day of vaccination is not taken into account).
Persons who have been vaccinated or have had COVID-19 in Israel are exempt from the need to undergo 14-day self-isolation (such persons undergo 24-hour self-isolation, or until they receive a negative PCR test made upon arrival in Israel), provided that in the last 14 days they have not visited the countries included in the list of red or orange - Ukraine as of October 11 is orange

If you were vaccinated or contracted COVID-19 outside of Israel, you can reduce the period of self-isolation to 24 hours if you arrive from a yellow country, and also if you meet the following criteria:

At the same time, such persons have a positive serological test carried out in Israel, and also received 1 dose of vaccine in Israel within the last 6 months or on the seventh day after vaccination (the day of vaccination is not taken into account).
