The procedure for obtaining a residence permit in Kazakhstan:
1. Apply to the migration service at the place of residence.
2. Submission of a full package of documents, including:

- A document confirming deregistration in the country of previous residence.
- A certificate of solvency or a notarized housing agreement.
- Certificate of no criminal record and confirmation of the absence of dangerous diseases, the list of which is determined by the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan.
- An autobiography written in Kazakh or Russian.
