From July 26, 2021, citizens of Ukraine (holders of biometric passports) are allowed to enter the Kingdom of Sweden for optional, in particular, tourist travel.
For visa-free entry to Sweden you need a valid biometric passport and get a health insurance policy for the entire period of stay in the country.
All unvaccinated tourists must present a negative COVID-19 test result (PCR, LAMP, TMA or antigen). The test must be done 48 hours before entering Sweden (the time is counted from the moment of delivery of the biological material). The test is not required for children under 18.
Citizens traveling from Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Norway and vaccinated tourists are also exempted from the requirement to have a negative COVID-19 test upon entry into the country.
! Sweden now recognizes digital COVID certificates generated in the Diia app. Entry into the country will be allowed if 14 days have passed since the date of receiving the second dose of vaccine.
Sweden recognizes vaccines approved under regulation (EC) 726/2004 or approved by WHO for emergency use:
Comirnaty (BioNtech Tozinameran)
Spikevax (Moderna)
Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca)
Janssen
AstraZeneca / SKBio
COVISHIELD (Serum Institute of India)
BIBP / Sinopharm
CoronaVac (Sinovac)
