You need to provide one of the documents:

A certificate of vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 can serve as confirmation for vaccinated persons. Proof of vaccination must include, among other things, the last name / first name, date of birth, date of vaccination, as well as the vaccine administered. Children under 18 traveling with fully vaccinated adults may also be allowed to enter Switzerland. Vaccines approved by Switzerland:
AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria, SKBio and Covishield)
Pfizer / BioNtech (Comirnaty)
Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)
Sinovac (CoronaVac)
Moderna (Spikevax)
Sinopharm (BIBP).
- a negative result of a PCR test (the test must be done a maximum of 72 hours before entry), or a negative result of a rapid antigen test (the test must be done a maximum of 48 hours before entry)
The obligatory wearing of masks in open areas and premises of public institutions, on the territory of recreation areas and on summer terraces of restaurants has been canceled. In public transport salons, the mask mode remains.
All persons who have been vaccinated abroad with a vaccine approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) can obtain a Swiss COVID certificate from the Cantonese health authority. This ensures that people who have been vaccinated abroad or have recovered abroad, such as tourists, can participate in public life. Switzerland now recognizes certificates from EU member states and other countries that have joined the Digital COVID Certificate initiative.
