The Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic launched a chat bot with answers to frequently asked questions

The IBM Czech Republic team, in cooperation with the Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic, has developed a virtual assistant for Ukrainian citizens temporarily or permanently residing in the Czech Republic. The virtual consul will help to find answers to the most popular questions that consular staff receive. To use the chatbot, just follow the QR code and press START. The chatbot will automatically start communicating with you. To get an answer to a specific question, write a message with keywords on the topic. For example, "passport" / "legal translation" / "temporary protection" / "kindergarten in the Czech Republic", etc.
Currently, the virtual consul is only available in the Telegram application.
