Ukrainian regions will be able to forget about blackouts for one day for a fortnight. Each region has its own schedule. Read more about them in this article
National energy operator Ukrenergo will provide each region with one day without power cuts. The restrictions will be lifted from 9 to 24 July, during which time one region of Ukraine will be connected to the power supply throughout the day. Here's why it's necessary and how these "one-time promotions" will work.
The company explains that it took this step for a reason, to analyse and see the behaviour of consumers when electricity is available and, accordingly, possibly adjust the schedules.
The analysis of the data will help ensure a more even and correct distribution of electricity. It is also expected to provide data on where decentralised generation projects should be implemented first, increasing the resilience of the power system to russian attacks.
How will it work?
For example, consumption restrictions will be lifted for two weeks in turn for the regions. In those regions where no metering will be carried out, the restrictions may be changed.

10 July: Kyiv city;
11 July: Kyiv and Khmelnytskyi regions;
12 July: Donetsk, Chernihiv, Odesa regions;
16 July: Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Rivne regions;
18 July: Volyn, Lviv, Chernivtsi regions;

23 July: Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv regions;
