8 more beaches on the Black Sea coast have been officially opened in Odesa: where can you swim?
The Odesa Regional State Administration has announced another expansion of recreational areas in Odesa. Find out where the safe swimming beaches are located and what services are offered to vacationers there
Despite martial law, the recreational season continues in Odesa. On July 29, the local authorities officially announced the opening of eight more beach areas for Odesa residents and guests. The announcement was made by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, on Telegram. Read more about the beaches where you can swim in the article below.

Which beaches in Odesa are suitable for swimming?
At the beginning of the summer season, in June, Odesa allowed swimming at one beach, Kaleton. However, later the list of available locations was expanded and opened to the public:
• Inclusive beach
• “True Man Sun of a Beach” beach
• Two Red Line beaches
• Ithaca Beach
• Ibiza beach
• Zebra Beach
• Beach “Public”
• Grand Petite Beach
On July 29, the authorities officially opened 8 more locations:
• “Buffet” on the Small Fontana
• Five beach areas on Lanzheron
• Chaika beach on the Big Fountain
• “Underhill” in the central part of the city
It is worth noting that according to the head of Odesa Regional State Administration Oleg Kiper, the authorities plan to open about 20 beaches in Odesa and Odesa district, as well as one lagoon in Izmail district.
