This year, the beach season has officially started in 15 regions of Ukraine. OLX Real Estate experts told us how much it will cost to rent an apartment in resort towns and villages this year. We will tell you in detail about the cost further in the material.

Odesa: the leader in the number of offers


Odesa tops the list by the number of daily rental offers on OLX - 2197 ads and 174 thousand reviews. The average rental price is UAH 1,965 per day.

Mykolaiv region: Pervomaisk and Yuzhnoukrainsk


In the Mykolaiv region, the beach season is open in the cities of Pervomaisk and Yuzhnoukrainsk. In Pervomaisk, the average rental price is UAH 671 (31 offers, 1,354 reviews), and in Yuzhnoukrainsk - UAH 1,018 (17 offers, 1,187 reviews).

Poltava region: a record for the number of beaches


There are 33 beaches in the Poltava region. In the city of Lubny, the average cost of daily rent is UAH 564 (22 offers, 1,541 reviews). In Myrhorod, renting an apartment will cost 610 UAH per day (79 offers, 3,385 reviews).

Khmelnytsky region: vacation on the Dniester


There are 21 beaches in the Khmelnytsky region, including 8 on the Dniester River in the villages of Stara Ushytsia and Rudkivtsi. The average rental price in Rudkivtsi is UAH 1,648 (14 offers, 638 reviews), and in Stara Ushytsia - UAH 725 (18 offers, 1,616 reviews).

Cherkasy region: the city of Smila


The average cost of daily rent in Smila in the Cherkasy region is UAH 1 134 (16 offers, 588 reviews).

Sumy region: Shostka and Romny


There are nine beaches in the Sumy region. In the city of Shostka, the average cost of renting a house is UAH 660 (43 offers, 2,642 reviews), and in Romny - UAH 605 (19 ads, 1,422 reviews).

Lviv region: Morshyn


There are 20 beaches in the Lviv region. In Morshyn, the average cost of renting a house is UAH 639 (57 offers, 1,632 reviews).

Volyn region: Shatsk Lakes


In Volyn, the most popular vacation is on the Shatsk Lakes. The average cost of renting an apartment here is UAH 1,558 per day (36 ads, 2,298 reviews).

Ivano-Frankivsk region: Kalush and Polianytsia


Four beaches are officially operating in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. In Kalush, the average rental price is UAH 651 (29 ads, 747 reviews), and in the village of Polyanitsa - UAH 4,273 (61 offers, 2,723 reviews).
