Re-refinement of data in Reserve+ is already available for Ukrainians. Find out how to do it and how many attempts you can make
Through Reserve+, Ukrainians can now update their data again. Deputy Minister of Defence for Digitalisation Kateryna Chornohorenko announced this on Facebook.
Why is this feature needed?
According to Chornohorenko, previously, if you moved to a new address, you had to notify the CCC within a week. She explained that this rule has been in place for a long time, but in practice, it was difficult and time-consuming to implement. You had to make an appointment at the TCC, go there and wait in line for several hours.
Now you can update your place of residence online, through the Reserve+ app. The app has launched a new service for Ukrainians liable for military service - re-refinement of data.
This service allows you to change your data in the Oberig register in just a few minutes. This includes your phone number, email address, and residential address.

Chornohorenko noted that you can update your data an unlimited number of times, but only once every 7 days.
To do this, in the application, click on your electronic military registration document and then ‘Update contact details’.
We remind you! Fines for violations of military registration by citizens of Ukraine who are abroad can be paid in Reserve+.
