Ukrzaliznytsia has announced the resumption of online ticket sales in a backup format after a cyberattack. This means that passengers can once again buy and return train tickets through the official app. However, there may be temporary technical interruptions due to peak loads, so railroad officials recommend using the app only when necessary.

How can I find previously purchased tickets?

One of the main problems passengers may face is the lack of a ticket archive in the app. This does not affect the validity of previously purchased tickets, but they must be searched for via the email specified during registration. If the email with tickets is not found in your inbox, you should check your spam folder.

What are the alternatives for presenting the ticket?

In addition to the original PDF file from the mail, passengers can use:

● Screenshots of tickets saved on your phone;

● A ticket payment receipt from a banking application, which can be presented to the conductor upon boarding.
