How can I buy tickets during the restoration of the systems?

While online ticketing is not available, passengers are advised to.

Contact railway ticket offices: The ticket offices are working in an enhanced mode with extended hours to serve more passengers.

Purchase international tickets: On March 24 and 25, the sale of international tickets at ticket offices, which is usually carried out only online, has been activated.

Purchase of tickets directly on the train: If you are unable to purchase a ticket at the ticket office, you can contact the train crew to purchase a ticket on the spot. Please note that seats of all classes may not be available, but the company makes every effort to transport all passengers.

If you are planning a trip later than March 25, Ukrzaliznytsia strongly advises you to:

Avoid overloading ticket offices: Passengers who plan to travel after March 25 are advised to refrain from visiting ticket offices in the coming days to avoid queues and to allow them to serve those who have departures in the near future, i.e. today or tomorrow.

Follow the official announcements: “Ukrzaliznytsia will inform you about the resumption of online services, after which ticketing will be available online again.

Passengers who wish to return tickets for trains departing on March 24 can do so online. To do this, please send a scanned copy or a clear photo of the ticket and a contact phone number to services.uz.gov.ua@gmail.com. Applications will be processed within three days after the systems are restored.
