Prime Minister Shmyhal did not sign the Resolution on permission for men to go abroad on business trips lasting 7 days with a deposit of 200,000 hryvnias.

Currently, the government is still discussing this Resolution and its finalization.

From September 1, men liable for military service working in export companies will be able to travel abroad on a business trip at the request of the employer. The corresponding application can be submitted through the Diia portal. Only 10% of the company's employees, but no more than 10 people at a time, will be able to use the new eVіdriadzhennia function.

Certain categories of individuals and legal entities will be able to arrange a business trip through Diia, including those who:

1. pay "white" wages in the amount of at least 20 thousand hryvnias on average;

2. do not have tax debts and other debts;

3. made a guaranteed payment of UAH 200,000;

4. more than 10 people were insured during the last month of the reporting quarter.

Note that it will be possible to leave Ukraine within the framework of the eVіdriadzhennia for a maximum of 7 days.

The decision taken will be an important step that will allow Ukrainian business to develop by signing contracts with foreign partners and participating in international exhibitions and events.

Recall that earlier Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that the departure of men from Ukraine during martial law is possible only in cases established by law.
