On the eDopomoga platform, the acceptance of applications for financial assistance from international organizations is temporarily suspended. This is due to the fact that more than 10 million applications have been submitted by Ukrainian citizens, and they require detailed processing.

According to the Ministry of Social Policy, the resources of international organizations are limited, and the ministry is making maximum efforts to increase the number of international organizations that can provide monetary assistance to Ukrainians affected by the war. After confirmation of the readiness of financial support from international organizations, the acceptance of applications will be resumed.

For its part, the Ministry of Social Policy verifies the applicant's data using existing state information registers and databases, which allows obtaining verified information about the person.

If you previously filled out an application and made a mistake, you can apply again on the eDopomoga platform. To do this, you need to click "Check the status of the application", fill in personal data and check the status, and if necessary, click "Recall and submit a new application".

Where is it currently possible to receive payments?

Currently, assistance to Ukrainians is provided by: the United Nations Office for Refugees, the Estonian Refugee Council and the Red Cross Committee. There are different mechanisms for applying for assistance: through the platform еДопомога, websites of organizations, or submitting a personal application in the office.

The amount of cash payment is 2,220 UAH for each family member per month and is paid in one tranche for three months. You can get it by bank transfer.

Pay attention! The final decision on the provision of financial assistance is made by international organizations.
