Entry is allowed for citizens of Ukraine for any purpose.
For visa-free entry to Slovenia you need a valid biometric passport and get a health insurance policy for the entire period of stay in the country.
To cross the Slovenian border, you need to have one of the documents:
- negative PCR test, provided that no more than 72 hours have passed since the smear was taken;
- negative rapid test for antigen, provided that no more than 48 hours have passed since the smear was taken;
- a certificate of recovery (a certificate of a positive PCR test result, the period of which exceeds ten days, unless the doctor assesses otherwise, but not more than six months, or a medical certificate confirming that the person has recovered from COVID-19 and that the symptoms have passed since the onset of symptoms no more than six months);
- a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19, indicates that:
- at least seven days have passed since the second dose of Biontech / Pfizer's Comirnaty vaccine was received,
- at least 14 days have passed since the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine produced by Moderna was received,
- at least 21 days have passed since the first dose of Vaxzevria (COVID-19 vaccine) produced by AstraZeneca was received,
- it has been at least 14 days since Johnson & Johnson / Janssen-Cilag received a dose of Janssen COVID-19 vaccine,
- it has been at least 21 days since the first dose of Covishield vaccine produced by the Serum Institute of India / AstraZeneca was received,
- at least 14 days have passed since the second dose of the Sputnik V vaccine, manufactured by the Russian National Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology named after I. Gamalei,
- at least 14 days have passed since the second dose of CoronaVac manufactured by Sinovac Biotech was received, or
- At least 14 days have passed since the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine produced by Sinopharm was received.
- a vaccination certificate for persons who have recovered from COVID-19 (a certificate of recovery and proof that a person has been vaccinated with one dose of the vaccine specified in the previous paragraph within eight months after a positive PCR test result or the onset of symptoms). The following combination should be considered adequate evidence: proof of vaccination with at least one dose and a positive PCR test result, or proof of vaccination with at least one dose and medical evidence of recovery from COVID-19;
- European digital COVID certificate in digital or paper form containing a QR code containing data on negative PCR or rapid antigen test, vaccination certificate, recovery certificate or vaccination certificate for persons who have recovered from COVID-19;
- a digital COVID certificate of a third country in digital or paper form with a QR code, which contains the same data as the European digital COVID certificate and is published in English by the competent health authority of the third country.
