1
Brewery "Heirs of F.F. Both"
The enterprise was founded in 1873, but it became famous already in the 1880s when it was owned by the heirs of Ferdinand Bothe. At the end of the 19th century, the plant became a regional leader in the production of beer and soft drinks. In Soviet times, beer was also brewed on the premises of the plant, this story ended in 1984. Now the preserved buildings are used for various commercial establishments, but beer is not brewed here.
2
Ale's house
The profit-building was built around 1911 according to the project of S.V. Vilenskyi. The facades are made in rational modern style. The owner was a representative of the Karaite community, the voice of the city council, merchant Moisei El. In 1913, one of the Kalinkina breweries was located there. Elya's wine and grocery store also operated at that time.
3
Kutner House
The profit-building was built in 1899 by the order of Katerinoslav doctor Hersh Kutner. In the future, quite a few doctors lived there, including Yukhym Pavlovsky, a doctor and Ukrainian public figure. In the 1910s, the Kyiv Shults Brewery rented premises for a warehouse and a brewery there. The building is interesting for its rich stucco, which has been preserved quite well to this day.
