A hundred years ago Svyatoshyn was one of the most attractive summer resorts in Kiev. Famous businessmen, politicians and cultural figures vacationed here. They ordered elegant houses from architects, which simply sank into the healing pine forest. Since then, a lot has changed, but in the midst of the modern residential district you can still see parts of the old architecture and fragments of the old forest.

The simultaneous stay of visitors in the hotel lobby not more than one person per 10 square meters of serviceable area is allowed.
