At the place where the chronicled Lybid flows into the Dnipro River, a surprisingly amazing neighborhood has emerged. The local streets are not marked on maps, as if they do not exist at all. Yet people live here, build houses without paying taxes and utilities. Every year the number of residents is growing steadily. It is not accessible by public transport, but it is only a couple of kilometers from the new buildings of Pechersk with apartments for millions.
