Shenborn Castle - Palanok-Berehove Castle (thermal pool + wine tasting) Boarding the tourist bus (8.00 am, departure from the railway station), departure to Transcarpathia. One of the most beautiful and romantic castles in the country is located among the picturesque Carpathian mountains. As if in a fairy tale, the hunting castle of the counts of Shenborn (1890) invites you. He looks at you through 365 windows, beckons through 12 entrances to 52 rooms. The castle is surrounded by a beautiful park with many exotic plants. Mukachevo Castle "Palanok" (XIV century) - This outstanding military architectural monument of the Middle Ages was built to protect and control trade and military routes. Some sources claim that already in the IX-X centuries. on the mountain there was a small fortification built to protect the borders of Kievan Rus beyond the Carpathians. The castle was built by the Russian prince Fyodor Koryatovich and turned it into his residence. The castle walls remember their defender Ilona Zrini, who showed miracles of courage and heroism in the defense of the castle. If you want to feel like you are in another country, where most people do not understand Ukrainian, Russian, or English, you definitely need to go to the capital of Hungarian Ukraine - Berehove. Bathing in the thermal pool, wine tasting. Accommodation in rural tourism homesteads, 2-3-bed rooms with private facilities.
Day 3 – Sunday
Nyzhne Selishche - lake Synevyr - Shypit waterfall - Lviv Breakfast. Transfer to Nizhnye Selishche. A unique village in Ukraine, is a model of local farming. The residents have united in the "Association of Local Development", thanks to which the infrastructure of the village was developed and a cheese factory was launched, which invites you to taste different varieties of cheese with wine. Cheese is made according to Swiss technology and is the best in Ukraine. Those who like cheese will be able to buy it at producer prices. Lake Synevyr - needs no introduction - a sea eye in the crater of a former volcano, located on a mountain top among a dense coniferous forest ... Pylypets - here, from a height of 15 meters, bewitching cascades between andesite rocks, the Shipit waterfall drops water into the picturesque mountain valley. The waterfall originates from a large underground spring, the so-called "Sea Eye", in one of the most beautiful places in the Ukrainian Carpathians - the Borzhava meadow. The time spent at Shipot helps to have a wonderful rest from civilization and gives new vitality. Transfer to Lviv, estimated arrival at 22.30. Attention! From November to March, an excursion to Synevyr Lake is replaced by Mount Makovitsa (750m.), Which we climb on a cable-chair lift. From the top of the mountain, magnificent panoramas of the Carpathian ridges of Borzhava and Gorgana, as well as the meanders of the Rika River, open up. This is due to the short daylight hours and bad weather conditions that do not allow climbing to the lake.
