Fortunately, in every country, in particular in Poland, there is a so-called Lost and Found Bureau, which you can turn to in case of losing your belongings in public transport. We tell you what to do, where to go and how to return lost things in Warsaw.
What to do if you forgot your things in public transport in Warsaw?
There is a rule that is known to all users of public transport in Warsaw. If you find things that someone accidentally forgot, you must notify the driver. After that, the transport driver will hand over the lost items to the so-called Lost and Found Bureau. Therefore, if you are faced with the loss of your personal belongings in public transport - you also need to contact this Bureau. Most likely, your things will be found there.
In Warsaw, there are several branches of the Lost and Found Bureau for each type of public transport.

Also, to simplify the procedure of finding lost things in Warsaw, there is a special contact center where you can clarify information 24 hours a day by calling 19 115.
Keep in mind that each vehicle has a corresponding number, which consists of 3-4 digits. If you managed to remember the number of the means of transport in which you left your belongings, this will greatly help in the search.
