You can't run away - you can't stay: why russians are advised to leave the country as soon as possible
Russian citizens are being advised to leave the country amid new rules for issuing summonses. Let's find out what's going on and what happened to their heroism and love for their homeland
A new law has been passed in russia that changes the rules for receiving draft notices for those liable for military service and automatically isolates citizens from the outside world. Simply put, after receiving the document, russians will not be able to leave the country. The details of putin's new law are discussed below.
On Tuesday, April 11, the deputies of the aggressor country passed a bill that allows military enlistment offices not to hand-deliver draft notices to persons liable for military service in person - now they can send them to the Gosuslugi portal (russian state information system).
That is, now russian military commissariats do not care whether the russians have read the document in person, since a summons sent to a citizen's personal account on Gosuslugi is considered to be served automatically. The funny thing is that the new rules imply that receiving a summons automatically closes the exit from russia.
If a russian citizen does not have an account on this portal, the summons can be sent to him or her by mail and seven days after it is sent, it will also be considered served. In this case, russians have 7 days to leave the country, as the border is closed to them after that.
And another ridiculous fact about authoritarian rules in russia: if a person does not receive a summons after being served within 20 days, they may be restricted in their rights, for example, prohibited from driving a car, getting a loan, etc.
Against the backdrop of an odious law that directly contradicts human rights (not surprisingly for russia), russian citizens are advised to leave the country in order to avoid facing forced mobilization and being sent to certain death in Ukraine.
In addition, it is important to take into account the fact that the russian dictator has not yet signed a decree to end the "partial mobilization," so the covert recruitment of "cannon fodder" continues in all regions of russia. The new law simplifies the conscription of persons liable for military service.
Based on these facts, it is easy to understand that the russian authorities will forcibly recruit people to be sent to war.
What should a citizen of the russian federation do if he did not have time to leave the country and was forced to fight against Ukraine?
In this case, the only option that will save the life of a citizen of the russian federation is to voluntarily surrender to the military of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
How to surrender?
